Senior recruiters looking to move into a higher salaried more account focussed role without having to ‘bang the phones` all day.
Would suit account or consultancy focussed individuals looking for a more mature environment in an established engineering and technical environment.
Brief:
A strong consultant with account management leanings for an independent specialist with the one thing everyone needs at the minute – A solid candidate base with transferable skills in to buoyant disciplines..
Company:
Independent turning over in excess of £20million. Well thought of and well branded organisation with three locations across the UK and additional European recruitment offices.
Would suit:
A technically minded recruiter coming from an engineering or allied discipline to develop key accounts and to supplement business with new clients.
Strong delivery background with an eye for cross selling opportunities. The client has an excellent database of candidates working in a shrinking market that are able to cross over in to a number of technical and engineering industries.
Salary and Benefits
Negotiable but would be looking toward the £35k mark for an experienced perm consultant. Car allowances, commission AND performance bonus, health and pension.
